These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and okapk ("okapk", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino information platform accessible at okapk.cam. okapk is an English-language platform designed for Pakistani users, providing sports betting markets, live casino games, and slot titles with PKR display, mobile-first performance, and 24/7 English-language support.

Each user is permitted to hold only one Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, a different name, or with the assistance of a third party — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we identify multiple Accounts held by the same individual, we reserve the right to close all associated Accounts and void any associated winnings or bonuses.
okapk does not knowingly accept registrations from users in Prohibited Territories. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of this platform is permitted under the laws of your country or region. Accessing okapk from a Prohibited Territory may result in immediate Account suspension. This notice does not constitute legal advice; please consult a qualified legal professional regarding the laws applicable in your location.
By registering an Account, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not acting under compulsion, duress, or mental incapacity. If you have been subject to a self-exclusion order under any gambling regulatory framework, you must not attempt to register or continue using an Account on okapk.
To access the full functionality of okapk, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address, email address, and phone number. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms.
okapk is required to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawal requests, and may request verification at any stage of the Account lifecycle. Accepted documents typically include:
okapk reserves the right to request additional documentation if the standard documents provided are insufficient to complete verification to the required standard. Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified will result in a withdrawal hold and may lead to Account suspension.
You are responsible for keeping your Account information accurate and up to date. If any of your personal details change — including your address, email address, or phone number — you must update your Account profile promptly. okapk accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.
Your Account is strictly for your personal use only. You may not allow any other person to access, operate, or place bets using your Account. You may not operate your Account on behalf of any third party, nor may you accept deposits or process withdrawals on behalf of another user.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. okapk recommends choosing a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. okapk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where such access resulted from your failure to adequately secure your login credentials.
All Account balances, bets, bonuses, and transactions on okapk are displayed and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Payment references familiar to Pakistani users — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, BTC, and USDT — are mentioned as local context only. These references do not imply endorsement, affiliation, or a formal payment integration with those institutions.
Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds are specified on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. All deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. okapk does not accept deposits made by or on behalf of third parties.
Before processing any withdrawal request, okapk may require completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and confirmation that the source of funds is consistent with your Account history. Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected and may range from same-day to several business days.
Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the cashier page. Withdrawal requests below the stated minimum threshold will not be processed. okapk reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum withdrawal limits at its discretion, with changes communicated via the platform.
okapk reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request while a security review, KYC verification, or investigation into potential fraudulent activity is conducted. We will notify you if a hold is applied to your withdrawal and provide a reasonable indication of the expected review timeframe.
All bonuses and promotions offered by okapk are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements. The applicable terms — including the wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum deposit threshold, and expiry date — are stated on the relevant promotion page. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. For example, a wagering requirement of 30x on a PKR 5,000 bonus means you must wager PKR 150,000 in eligible games before the bonus — or winnings derived from it — can be converted to withdrawable real funds. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.
okapk employs sophisticated detection systems to identify patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing bets with a negative expected value to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk ("low-risk wagering"), coordinating bonus exploitation with other users, registering multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once, and exploiting any technical error or promotion misconfiguration.
If we determine that a user has engaged in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void the relevant bonus and any associated winnings, and to restrict or close the Account.
Promotions are available to eligible users only and may be restricted by Account status, geography, game type, or other criteria. okapk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where this would materially prejudice users who have already accepted a promotion in good faith.
okapk reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet is placed after the result of the relevant event is known, where a system or pricing error has occurred, or where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or insider information. All bets are accepted subject to the applicable sports betting rules published on the platform.
Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic cricket matches, or the relevant ICC body for international tournaments. In the event of a dispute, okapk's decision on the final settlement of a bet, made in good faith and based on available evidence, shall be final.
A bet may be voided — and the staked amount returned to your Account — in circumstances including: event cancellation, abandonment, postponement (beyond the applicable settlement window), or where a palpable pricing error has occurred that would result in a settlement that no reasonable operator would have intended.
Live (in-play) markets are offered on selected events, including Pakistan cricket internationals, PSL T20 matches, and major international football and UFC events. In-play odds are updated in real time and bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmed acceptance. Latency or connection delays are not grounds for voiding a live bet that has been confirmed by our system.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okapk platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities:

All content on the okapk platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, images, and promotional materials — is the property of okapk or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for its intended purpose only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the okapk platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of any okapk intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.
While okapk takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error, or delay. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, network outages, and factors beyond our reasonable control may affect availability. okapk will not be liable for losses arising from any period of platform unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okapk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit okapk's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
You access and use the okapk platform at your own risk. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your gambling activity remains within your financial means, and for understanding the applicable laws in your jurisdiction. okapk is not responsible for any financial losses arising from your gambling activity, including losses resulting from reliance on information published on the platform.
okapk collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including SSL encryption, access controls, and secure data storage — to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (after satisfaction of any applicable conditions) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
okapk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:
Where an Account is closed by okapk due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance and associated winnings may be forfeited. In all other cases, legitimate real-money Balances will be returned following completion of any required verification.
okapk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered users via email or an on-platform notification with reasonable advance notice before the change takes effect. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the okapk platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 14.1.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which okapk holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause limits okapk's right to seek interim or injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is available. Users in Pakistan are reminded that local legislation, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977, may affect the enforceability of online gambling contracts. This notice does not constitute legal advice.
